I have always been interested in how organizations actually work.
How decisions travel. How work moves. Where complexity develops. And what helps an organization move forward.
How the Work Evolved
I began my career in communications, working closely with leaders and teams to turn complex decisions into something people could understand and act on.
The closer I got to enterprise work, the more interested I became in everything surrounding the message.
- Who owns the decision?
- How does information travel, and where does it lose meaning?
- What happens when priorities compete?
- Where does accountability sit when work crosses functions?
- What makes change translate into the way people actually work?
Those questions expanded the work.
Over time, my career moved across communications, enterprise programs, transformation and operations. Each discipline gave me a different view of the same organization and a deeper understanding of what it takes to move from intention to execution.

Today, I lead work across enterprise programs, transformation, operations and strategic communications within financial services.
My work often sits where priorities become execution, bringing structure to complex initiatives, improving how work moves and helping leaders create clarity around what matters and what comes next.
Alongside my corporate work, I am the author of Operationalizing Communication, which grew from the same curiosity that has shaped my career: how organizations can become more deliberate about the systems behind how they work.
